Project description:A total of 395 couples were subjected to IVF-PGD treatment, including 129 couples with NGS test and 266 couples with SNP-array test for the detection of embryonic chromosomal abnormalities. The NGS test was performed using low coverage whole genome sequencing with HiSeq 2000 platform. And the SNP array test was using Affymetrix Gene Chip Mapping Nsp I 262K.

Project description:To better understand the natural history of bone marrow failure syndromes, we analyzed 124 single nucleotide polymorphism arrays (SNP-A) from a comprehensively characterized cohort of 91 patients who had SNP-A for clinical evaluation of BMFS. 67 samples from 51 patients were genotyped with the Quad610, and 57 samples from 54 patients were genotyped with the Omni1-Quad. This submission includes 55 samples from 54 patients that were genotyped with Omni1-Quad.

EXERCISING TOGETHER for Couples Coping With Cancer

Project description:The Exercising Together trial is a single-blind, parallel group, randomized controlled trial comparing 3 arms: Arm 1 (experimental): Exercising Together where couples perform partnered exercise in a supervised, group setting versus two comparator conditions where survivors and partners perform exercise routines separately in either a supervised group setting (Arm 2) or unsupervised at home (Arm 3). All three arms will train for a 6-month period and then be followed 6 months later. Data will be collected at baseline, 3, 6 and 12 months.
