RNA-seq of F1 mouse testis samples from different lncRNA8276 modification groups

ABSTRACT: The goat of this project is to explore lncRNA8276 regulation spermatogenesis. We tried to search the mechanism oflncRNA8276 regulation spermatogenesis. RNA-seq of F1 mouse testis samples from different groups: 5NC, lncRNA8276 overexpression, 3NC, lncRNA8276 knockdown. The testes of mouse were transfected with virus with 5NC, lncRNA8276 overexpression, 3NC, lncRNA8276 knocdown letivirus.
