Single cell RNA-sequencing of microglia in 3XTg-AD mice treated with anti-Nk1.1 depleting antibodies or isotype control

ABSTRACT: This project aims to understand the effects of NK cell depletion in the single-cell gene expression of microglia in mice with Alzheimer's disease pathology. We used 10Xgenomics technique to examine the single-cell transcriptomes of microglia in mice treated with anti-NK1.1 depleting antibodies and isotype controls.
