RNA Immunoprecipitation-sequencing from mouse liver using HuR antibody

ABSTRACT: We report the HuR-RNA interactions in the liver by performing RNA-immunoprecipitation sequencing (RIP-seq). RIP-seq was performed in healthy livers of wildtype (WT) mice using a HuR antibody.
