ABSTRACT: We performed a transcriptomic analysis of the necrorophic fungus Sclerotinia sclerotiorum exposed to two different isothiocyanates (allyl-isothiocyanate and indol-3-carbinol), searching for mechanisms of adaptation and detoxification of these chemicals.
