ABSTRACT: To measure global gene expression in primary locally advanced rectal cancer patients who have undergone CRT and screen valuable biomarkers to predict the effects of CRT.Samples fromprimary locally advanced rectal cancer patients were collected. The effects of chemoradiotherapy were evaluated.
