Human retinal Mueller glial cell (HMG) response to Toxoplasma gondii infection

ABSTRACT: This experiment sough to understand the impact Toxoplasma gondii infection on the host transcriptome. We do this by sequencing both Total and Small RNA from 6 donors. Infection results is singificant alterations to both gene expression and miRNA experession. The GT1 strain of T. gondii induces different changes to that of GHPT strain.
