Expression data from Human non-small cell lung cancer

ABSTRACT: Chemoresistance induced by upregulated ZNF300 in A549/DDP, which was established with a low dosage of cisplatin treatment previously, was in clinical need of resolving. Because ZNF300 was selected as a regulator in associated with drug resisance, we sought to find its modulating role in tumorogenesis or drug resistance.
