Porphyromonas gingivalis affect gene expression in skeletal muscle, tibialis anterior muscle.

ABSTRACT: To further development of our gene expression we have employed microarray expression to identify genes. The mice were randomly divided into a control group and a group receiving oral injection of sonicated P. gingivalis twice a week for 6 weeks. Skeletal muscle in mice was extracted.
