Genome-wide occupancy of Acs2 in budding yeast

ABSTRACT: Here, we performed a ChIP-seq of Acs2 from Acs2-FLAG cells with anti-FLAG antibody. As a control, the untagged BY4741 was used as a control. Acs2 can bind a significant amount of genes. Moreover, we also found Acs2 can bind subtelomere regions.
