10x single-cell RNAseq profiling of CD45+ melanoma-infiltrating leukocytes from APOE2 and APOE4 knock-in mice

ABSTRACT: APOE germline genotype modulates the tumor immune microenvironment. In APOE4 relative to APOE2 mice, there is shift towards an anti-tumor immune phenotype, with an increased ratio of immune effector to immunosuppressive cells.
