Evaluation of Eribulin Combined with Irinotecan for Treatment of Pediatric Cancer Xenografts

ABSTRACT: Eribulin, irinotecan, and the combination were studied in ES4 xenograft model. RNAs from xenograft tumors were harvested at 24h and 144h after single agent or combination treatment to analyze gene expression.
