The secretion regulation mechanisms of pollination drop in Ginkgo biloba L.

ABSTRACT: High-throughput RNA, sRNA and degradome sequencing were conducted to identify a large number of mRNA, miRNAs and their targets in G. biloba ovules at two different developmental stage, which provided useful information for uncovering the secretion regulatory mechanisms of G. biloba pollination drop.
