Mapping of hydrogen sulfide molecular targets in human keratinocytes


ABSTRACT: In the present paper, we report on the pan-genomics and pan-proteomics analysis of cultured epithelial sheets of human keratinocyte progenitors. Our results notably show that NaHS stimulates the secretion of specific pro-inflammatory cytokines and promotes the synthesis of molecules involved in antioxidative mechanisms
