HEK-293 cells: Control cells transfected with hRIZ2 and rRIZ1

ABSTRACT: In order to evaluate the effects of RIZ2 overexpression on gene expression, a pilot expression study was performed through microarrays analysis. We compared the differential gene expression between HEK-293 cells overexpressing human RIZ2 (pEGFP-hRIZ2) and rat RIZ1 (pEGFP-rRIZ1) versus control cells transfected with the E-GFP empty vector alone (pEGFP).
