Gene expression profilings of human prostate cancer DU145 cells with SPOP, PTEN and SOX4 knockdown
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Currently, prostate cancer has a very high death rate among men. It is of great significance to explore the molecular mechanism underlying prostate cancer. We exploited microarrays to identify the differentially expressed genes, such as SPOP, PTEN and so on, were knocked down in human prostate cancer DU145 cells.
