Differential Deep RNA Sequencing Revealed Various Bacterial Infections and Host Responses in Inflammatory Cardiomyopathy

ABSTRACT: We reported 4 single-sample cases and 3 control-sample cases of inflammatory cardiomyopathy using deep RNA-seq for detection of pathogenic agents. We identified various bacterial infections, analyzed genetic variants in patients and their differential gene expression caused by these infections in control-sample cases.
