Transcriptomic analysis of WT, 35S:ERF13:MYC and erf3-3.

ABSTRACT: The goal of this study is to clarify the function of ERF13 in the pathway of auxin inducing lateral root development. We isolated total RNA from the roots of 9-day-old WT, 35S:ERF13:MYC and erf3-3 seedlings. New genes act downstream of ERF13 during the lateral root formation are discovered.
