ABSTRACT: The study aim was to determine whether the microenvironmental acidosis in solid tumors contributes to cancer aggressiveness via changes in gene expression. RNA seq was carried out in parallel to a large array of phenotypical analyses of proliferation, growth, and invasiveness.
