Influence of a TLR3 inhibitor on the transcriptome of C. trachomatis infected T24/83 cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The microarrays show that C. trachomatis induces proinflammtory genes but also different metabolic pathways in the uropithelial T24/83 cell line. A TLR3 inhibitor inhibits some of the proinflammtory genes but also of genes of metabloic pathways, We used these microarrays to explain the inhibition of the chlamydial inclusion size in T24/83 cells by a TLR3 inhibitor.
