Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of Healthy Control and Patients of Systematic Lupus Erythematosus Neutrophil Transcriptomes

ABSTRACT: We aimed to investigated the molecular mechanism of neutrophil in SLE. We isolated neutrophils from 6 new onset treatment-naïve SLE patients and 6 age/sex-matched HCs and examined the transcriptome by RNA-seq.
