Differential gene expression in the tumorigenic liver of Nod2-/- and wild type mice

ABSTRACT: We report that Nod2, a pattern recognition receptor, protects from high fat diet-dependent liver malignancy and this protection is accompanied by changes in gene expression for cell proliferation, inflammation and steroid biosynthesis.
