Analysis of senescence transcriptome upon knockdown of XPO7 [RNA-seq]

ABSTRACT: We depleted XPO7 by shRNA in IMR90 ER:RAS cells. 5 days after RAS induction by treatment with 4OHT we collected RNA. XPO7 depletion alleviates senescence induction.
