ABSTRACT: To evaluate the biological effects at the transcriptional level of manufactured nanomaterials, whole genome microarray analysis of rat lungs intratracheally instilled with cellulose nanofibrils (CNFs) with different physicochemical properties or multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were performed.
