ABSTRACT: In pursuit of unraveling the underlying mechanism of FSHD we performed a genome-wide CRISPR/Cas9 phenotypic rescue screen in an inducible DUX4 transgenic cell line (DIE) to identify modulators of DUX4-induced apoptosis.
