ABSTRACT: The goals of this study are to compare the transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) of tumor cell-derived exosome treated BMDCs to normal cell-derived exosome treaed BMDCs or untreated BMDCs to explore the differential regulated signaling pathways or cellular processes.
