Bulk cell RNA-seq analysis of de novo infection of permissive cells with MHV-68.

ABSTRACT: Combined, bulk cell RNA Seq analysis identified changes in cellular and viral gene expression in a permissive fibroblast cell line infected with a uniform virus inoculum and incubation period. Cells were harvested at 16 hour post-infection, a timepoint at which cells are actively infected but the virus has not completed a full replication cycle.
