Transcriptomic changes in sapx tapx, pgr5, and triple mutants under high-light stress

ABSTRACT: We focused on Arabidopsis chloroplast ascorbate peroxidases (sAPX and tAPX) and proton gradient regulation 5 (PGR5) and used pgr5 single mutant, sapx tapx double mutant, and sapx tapx pgr5 triple mutant for RNA-seq analysis.
