Single cell transcriptome landscape of human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells during postnatal development

ABSTRACT: We have constructed a transcriptional atlas of HSPCs during the temporal span of human postnatal development. Our work demonstrated the transcriptional changes in HSPCs from birth to the aging stage, part of which was further validated by in vitro functional assays.
