ABSTRACT: We uncovered an essential role of radiationtherapy (RT)-activated lung residential Scgb1a1+ club cells in synergizing efficacy of immuno-checkpoint inhibitors. We explored the mechanisms underlying RT by analyzing the differentially-regulated genes in tumor micro-environment.
