Role of RUVBL2 in LPS-induced proinflammatory gene expression of RAW264.7 cells

ABSTRACT: The aim of this experiment is to compare gene expression proflies of RAW264.7 cells trasnfected with non-targeting siRNA or siRNA against RUVBL2, in the presence or absence of LPS.
