KRT18 regulates the alternative splicing of cell proliferation and apoptosis genes via splicing factors in gastric cancer cells and clinical samples

ABSTRACT: We knocked down KRT18 in AGS cells using siRNAs to study KRT18-regulated genes using RNA-seq technology, followed by analysis of KRT18-regulated splicing factors in transcription and posttranscriptional level.
