LncRNA sequencing of human primary chondrocytes treated with or without inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β and TNF-α) stimulation

ABSTRACT: Objectives: Long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) has been identified in numerous diseases. Inflammatory cytokines-induced activation of NF-ĸB pathway plays a critical role in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis (OA). This study aims to explore NF-ĸB pathway related lncRNA and investigate its role and mechanism on OA development and progression.
