Effect of age on human retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) transcriptome

ABSTRACT: We hypotheize that the human RPE undergoes transcriptional changes with increasing age. To test this hypothesis we isolated RPE from human donors with different ages and performed high-throughput RNA sequencing.
