ABSTRACT: The roles of miRNA in osteogenic differentiation of human periodontal ligament stem cells (hPDLSCs) remain largely unexplored. In this study, the underlying molecular mechanism of osteogenic differentiation in hPDLSCs is investigated using microarray profiling.
