Differential gene expression profiles by septin 2 suppression and TNF-a treatment in human microvascular endothelial cells

ABSTRACT: Arrangements of juntional proteins of endothelial monolayers were altered by both septin 2 KD and TNF-a treatment. Therefore, differential gene expression profiles by septin 2 KD comapred to control and TNF-a treatment compared to untreat were analyzed using RNA-seq.
