ABSTRACT: This experiment assessed transcriptional changes in embryonic dorsal forebrain in male and female offspring to determine the sex-specific mechanism(s) by which chronic gestaitonal exposure to arginine vasopression (AVP), a mouse model of the hypertensive gestational disorder preeclampsia, alters neurodevelopment.
