USP9X deubiquitinase regulates pluripotency status by bridging ESRRB transcriptional activity and cell metabolism
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: USP9X regulates the differentiation and pluripotency status of embryonic stem cells. We have characterized USP9X-regulated genes by a transcriptional profiling of embryonic stem cells (V6.5) electroporated with shRNA vectors (pHYPER) targeting USP9X or control. The dataset contains expression data from 3 samples of ESC V6.5 electroporated with pHYPER-USP9X and 3 samples from ESC V6.5 electroporated with pHYPER empty. The datasets are used to identify differentially expressed genes.
