RNA-sequencing analysis of skin in ND- and HFD-fed mice after the application of phorbol12-myristate13-acetate (PMA)

ABSTRACT: To investigate the effects of a high-fat diet (HFD) on the skin, RNA-seq was performed on the ear skin after 8 weeks of normal diet (ND) and HFD-fed mice. We also examined the effects of a HFD on irritant dermatitis by PMA.
