Arabidopsis Ethylene Response Factor 19 : 35S::ERF19

ABSTRACT: To identify the genes regulated by Arabidopsis ERF19. 35S::ERF19 transgenic Arabidopsis was created, them we employ whole genome microarray expression profiling as a discovery platform to identify genes with the potential to regulae by ERF19. The RNA was isopated from the whole flower of control and 35S::ERF19 transgenic Arabidopsis.
