Differential expression of Dusp1 and immediate early response genes in hippocampus of rats, subjected to forced swimming test

ABSTRACT: This submission contains a result of a study of transcriptional profiles in the brains of rats that were exposed to the FST. RNA-seq is performed on hyppocampus tissues of rats 20 minutes and 24 hours after FST.
