ABSTRACT: we report a novel method, Hi-C on Accessible Regulatory DNA (HiCAR), which leverages principles of ATAC-seq and high-throughput 3C-assay for genome-wide profiling of chromatin accessibility and open chromatin anchored cRE interactions.
