Whole genome bisulfite sequencing of five-week-old Arabidopsis thaliana (ecotype Col-0) plants from water and jasmonic acid treated seedlings.

ABSTRACT: Treatment of Arabidopsis thaliana (ecotype Col-0) seedlings with jasmonic acid (JA) elicits long-term induced resistance (IR) against the chewing herbivore Spodoptera littoralis. We used whole genome bisulfite-seq to profile the methylome associated with this long-lasting JA-IR.
