ABSTRACT: Treatment of Arabidopsis thaliana (ecotype Col-0) seedlings with jasmonic acid (JA) elicits long-term induced resistance (IR) against the chewing herbivore Spodoptera littoralis. We used RNA-seq to profile the transcriptional changes associated with this long-lasting JA-IR.
