Transcriptomic analysis of Oidiodendron maius free-living mycelium grown on varying carbon sources

ABSTRACT: Illumina MiSeq technology was used in a pilote project to generate mRNA profiles from Oidiodendron maius free-living mycelium grown on varying carbon sources. 75bp single reads and 75bp paired reads were generated and aligned to the O.maius reference transcripts using CLC Genomics Workbench 9.
