Response to SARS-CoV-2 infection in cornea, limbus and sclera from human donors

ABSTRACT: Here we report the transcriptional response to SARS-CoV-2 in cornea, limbus and sclera from human cadaver donor tissue. All three tissues are characterized by an NFkB-mediated chemokine response to viral infection as well as type-I interferon stimulated genes.
