Profile of micro-RNA in Turmeric-derived nanoparticles

ABSTRACT: Analysis of micro-RNA (miRNA) in Turmeric-derived nanoparticles using next-generation sequencing (NGS). The Turmeric-derived nanoparticles were prepared by differential ultracentrifuges. We mapped about 30 to 50 million sequence reads to the plant miRNA database and identified total of 248 miRNAs.
