ABSTRACT: Purpose : To determine transcriptome profile of the diffferentiated C2C12 cells in 3 different cell culture substrate, Tissue culture plate, Methacarylated gelatin and 15% Methacarylated gelatin mixed with 1% PSS (poly sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) Method : RNA smples prepared from differentiated C2C12 cells in 3 different cell culture substrate, Tissue culture plate, Methacarylated gelatin and 15% Methacarylated gelatin mixed with 1% PSS (poly sodium 4-styrenesulfonate) Results : Paired-ends 101bp reads, we mapped about 72 million reads - 145 million reads per sample to the mouse genome (build mm10) and assembled with cufflinks program (value : FPKM)
