ABSTRACT: This dataset was used to determine the influence of conditioned media from Ch and how that influence affects genome-wide gene transcription in fibroblast-like synoviocytes In this dataset, we include data from untreated fibroblast-like synoviocytes and FLS cultured in chondrocyte-conditioned media, both normal FLS (C ) and JIA FLS (J).
