Neural precursor cells contribute to decision-making by tuning striatal connectivity via secretion of IGFBPL-1

ABSTRACT: We identified the Igfbpl1 gene by RNAseq of the neural precursor cells (NPCs) of the mice subventricular zone (SVZ), as an important gene released by SVZ-NPCs that play an important role in control of the striatal homeostasis and in particular involved in the cognitive processes and decision-making.
